Aqueos Holds Annual Supervisor Summit

Aqueos Corporation recently completed our annual Supervisor Summit at our Broussard, LA facility with over 40 of our Superintendents, Supervisors, Project Managers, Operations and HSEQ personnel attending the 2.5-day event. Our CEO, Ted Roche, and our President, Eric Legendre, presented a “State of the Union” company overview of our 2023 performance and safety metrics and our 2024 expectations. Guest speakers included Carlos Mendez of Echelon Front coaching leadership practices, Tony Greenwood of Diving Safety Management System discussing Failure Mode Effects & Criticality Analysis (FMECA), and Drs. Keith Van Meter and Joseph Serio discussing Patent Foramen Ovale (PFOs) in diving.   While the summit is intended to educate our offshore leadership and re-enforce our safety culture, the learning is very collaborative with our supervisors sharing their experiences. Team building included Top Golf and an all-you-can-eat sushi dinner…and they got their monies worth! These men and women are Aqueos’ frontline leadership and our best salesmen, and they make us proud every time they perform.
