Bill Miltenberger

Bill Miltenberger has been involved in commercial banking, private equity, mezzanine lending, and structured credit finance for over twenty years. Currently Bill is a member of the general partner of Independent Bankers Capital Fund II, LP and Independent Bankers Capital Fund III, LP where he is responsible for managing all activities of IBC Funds. Independent Bankers Capital Funds II, LP provided capital to Aqueos in 2013 to help finance the construction of the Aqueos’ SPLASH vessel.

Bill received his MBA from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University with majors in Finance and Strategy and graduated from Loyola University New Orleans with a BBA.
