
Bryan Sully
Director of HSEQ
Bryan Sully is a highly skilled and experienced professional with a 28-year commercial diving career encompassing civil and offshore sectors. As of April 2024, he serves as the Director of Health, Safety, Environment, and Quality (HSEQ) for Aqueos. Throughout his career, Bryan has held key positions, including Saturation Diver, IMCA Bell Supervisor, Project Superintendent, and Project Manager. His educational background includes a Bachelor of Applied Science in Allied Health, post-bachelor certificates in Dredging Engineering and Coastal Engineering Nature Based Solutions, and a Master of Science in Construction Management, , Master of Business Administration, underscoring his deep understanding of the complexities of managing and executing large-scale projects safely. Training through the National Incident Management System (NIMS) on Incident Command Structure (ICS) further enhanced his ability to manage emergencies and coordinate responses effectively.
Mr. Sully’s qualifications are extensive, including becoming an instructor for Basic and Advanced Cardiac Life Support, a Certified Occupational Safety Specialist, an Emergency Medical Technician in 2009, and a Nationally Registered Paramedic in 2011. His specialization as a Diver Medical Technician and his election to the Board of Directors for the National Board of Diving and Hyperbaric Medical Technology further highlights his dedication to ensuring the health and well-being of diving personnel.
At Aqueos, Mr. Sully is responsible for managing the Diving Safety Management System and ensuring compliance and enforcement of all health, safety, environmental, and quality aspects of the organization. His commitment is to protect and preserve the most important asset Aqueos has: its employees.
