Mr. Parro brings over 35 years of executive-level experience in the offshore oil and gas industry to his role as Chief Financial Officer at Aqueos, which he has held since 2010. His extensive background in financial and operational management, mergers and acquisitions, corporate restructuring, and strategic planning underscores his expertise and leadership in the industry.

Before joining Aqueos, Mr. Parro was the Vice President of Operations at Deep Down, Inc. (OTCBB: DPDW), where he was responsible for the financial and operational performance of the company’s acquired subsidiaries. His tenure at Deep Down highlighted his ability to manage complex financial operations and drive performance improvements.

Mr. Parro’s career includes significant roles at Continental Shelf Associates (CSA), where he was Managing Director. In this capacity, he established and managed the company’s Houston, Texas office and led a major offshore fiber optic feasibility project in Southeast Asia for a leading oil and gas producer, showcasing his project management skills and industry knowledge.

From 1998 to 2004, Mr. Parro held various executive positions at PetroCom, LLC, a privately held wireless communications company serving the offshore oil and gas industry. His roles included Chief Financial Officer, Chief Operating Officer, and Chief Executive Officer, where he was instrumental in guiding the company’s financial strategy and operational execution.

Mr. Parro also served as Chief Financial Officer for Ceanic Corporation (formerly NASDAQ: DIVE) and Perry Tritech, Inc., oilfield service providers. His experience in these roles included overseeing mergers and acquisitions, equity and sub-debt placement, and corporate restructuring, further enhancing his financial and strategic expertise.

Mr. Parro holds a Bachelor of Science in Finance from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign and a Master of Business Administration degree from Loyola University of Chicago. His educational background, combined with his extensive professional experience, makes him a valuable asset to Aqueos.

In his role at Aqueos, Mr. Parro continues to leverage his comprehensive knowledge and leadership skills to ensure the company’s financial health and operational efficiency, contributing significantly to its ongoing success.
