Chief Financial Officer

Mr. Parro has over 35 years executive level experience in the offshore oil & gas industry. Prior to joining Aqueos as Chief Financial Officer in 2010, he served as Vice President, Operations for Deep Down, Inc. (OTCBB: DPDW) where he was responsible for the financial and operational performance of the company’s acquired subsidiaries. He came to Deep Down from Continental Shelf Associates (CSA) where he was Managing Director, responsible for establishing and managing the company’s Houston, Texas office. During this time, he also acted as chief financial officer for CSA’s portfolio companies as well as being project lead for an offshore fiber optic feasibility project in Southeast Asia for a major oil and gas producer. From 1998 through 2004, he served in various executive capacities including chief financial officer, chief operating officer and chief executive officer of PetroCom, LLC, a privately held wireless communications company serving the offshore oil and gas industry. He also held the position of chief financial officer for oilfield service providers Ceanic Corporation (formerly NASDAQ: DIVE) and Perry Tritech, Inc. His experience includes mergers and acquisitions, corporate restructuring, equity and sub-debt placement, strategic planning, business development and execution and executive financial and operational management. Mr. Parro has a Bachelor of Science degree in finance from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign and a Master of Business Administration degree from Loyola University of Chicago.
