Before joining Aqueos, Mr. Reiss supported the rapid growth of a biotechnology manufacturer in Louisiana, where he played a key role in developing the company’s HR function and implementing people programs that scaled with the organization’s expansion. At other organizations, his early career focused on talent acquisition and learning and development, providing him with a deep understanding of the full employee lifecycle. He later transitioned into HR operations and leadership, refining workflows, mentoring managers, and building HR teams committed to efficiency and employee success.
In his current role at Aqueos, Mr. Reiss partners with business leaders and employees to shape and execute HR strategy. He focuses on optimizing HR operations, advancing employee success initiatives, and developing programs and procedures that connect people performance with business outcomes.
Mr. Reiss earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology from the University of Louisiana at Lafayette and holds the Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP) designation from the Society for Human Resource Management.
